Xinchen China Power Holdings Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of automotive engines for passenger vehicles and light duty commercial vehicles. The Company operates through three business segments: gasoline engines segment, diesel engines segment and engine components and service income segment. The Engine Components and Service Income segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture of engine parts and components of passenger vehicles, including the connection rods and crankshafts. The Company is also involved in the leasing related business through its subsidiaries.
