Xingye Wulian Service Group Co. Ltd. at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2022 approved to declare and pay a final dividend of 2.50 Hong Kong cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2021 out of the share premium account of the Company. For the purposes of determining Shareholders' eligibility to qualify for the Final Dividend, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 5 July 2022 to 7 July 2022 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of Shares will be registered.
In order to qualify for the Final Dividend, all transfer documents should be lodged for registration with the Company's Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on 4 July 2022. The Final Dividend will be distributed out of the Company's Share Premium Account and paid in cash to the eligible Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on 7 July 2022 (record date) on or around 12 August 2022.
