This announcement is made by Xinjiang La Chapelle Fashion Co., Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09 and Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Law of Hong Kong).

Note: Due to the significant decrease in the number of the operating retail outlets and the decrease in the quantity of the goods purchased during the Reporting Period, the sales revenue of both online and offline channels decreased significantly compared to the corresponding period last year; the Company adopted brand licensing as a new business, and there was no such business during the corresponding period last year; in order to accelerate the return of cash to the Company, the Company intensified its efforts to clear inventory through other channels.
