CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING OF H SHARES

Reference is made to the audited annual results announcement of Xinjiang La Chapelle Fashion Co., Ltd. (the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2020 dated 29 April 2021, in which the Company disclosed that application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") for the resumption of trading in the H Shares of the Company (the "H Shares") on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 30 April 2021.

The Company would like to clarify that at the request of the Company, trading in the H Shares on the Stock Exchange will remain suspended pending the release of an announcement containing inside information of the Company in relation to the first quarterly report of the Company for the three months ended 31 March 2021.
