RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.51(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules").

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Xinjiang La Chapelle Fashion Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that, due to his commitment to his own business which requires more of his time and dedication, Mr. Yin Xinzai ("Mr. Yin") has tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director and a member of each of the remuneration and appraisal committee, the budget committee, and the strategy and development committee, with effect from 30 April 2021.

Mr. Yin has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Yin for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.

The Company is identifying suitable candidates(s) to fill in the above vacancy of the Company, and also considering possible changes to the composition of the Board. The Company will make further announcement(s) pursuant to the Listing Rules as and when appropriate.
