Hotan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 143,702,200 in a round of funding from new investor Xinjiang Energy (Group) Beijiang Investment Co., Ltd. on June 23, 2025. The investor will acquire 49% stake in the company. The company will issue common shares in the transaction.

The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 143,702,200. This has been approved in the 15th meeting of the 2nd board of directors and the 11th meeting of the 2nd supervisory board of the Xinjiang Lixin Energy Co., LTD. The transaction will be raised at a estimated post money valuation of CNY 149,567,596.
