Xinjiang Energy Beijiang Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 49% stake in Hotan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Pishan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Hotan City Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. and Minfeng County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. from Xinjiang Lixin Energy Co., LTD. for CNY 2.2 million.
Xinjiang Energy (Group) Beijiang Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 49% stake in Hotan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Pishan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Hotan City Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. and Minfeng County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. from Xinjiang Lixin Energy Co., LTD. (SZSE:001258) for CNY 2.2 million on June 23, 2025. A cash consideration of CNY 2.2 million will be paid by Xinjiang Energy (Group) Beijiang Investment Co., Ltd. The transaction value for companies Hotan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Pishan County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., Hotan City Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. and Minfeng County Lixin Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. are CNY 1,710,933, CNY 489,020, CNY 0, and CNY 0, respectively. Xinjiang Lixin Energy will sign a Share Transfer Agreement with Xinjiang Energy (Group) Beijiang Company.
