Xinjiang Tianrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd announced that it will receive 18,595,000 in a round of funding on January 14, 2020. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. Returning investors Aksu Ailidar Investment Co., Ltd will invest CNY 595,000 and Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600419) will invest CNY 18,000,000. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor. Post the closing of the transaction, the investors will continue to hold their stakes in the company.
