Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Livestock Engineering Technology Research Center (Co., Ltd.) agreed to acquire 60% stake in Xinjiang Western Boerduo Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. from Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd (SZSE:300106) for CNY 2.6 million on April 25, 2018. In related transactions, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Livestock Engineering Technology Research Center (Co., Ltd.) agreed to acquire Manas Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., Hutubi Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. and 60% stake in Shihezi Development Zone Oasis Livestock Dairy Cow Breeding Co., Ltd. from Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. for CNY 1 each. Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Livestock Engineering Technology Research Center (Co., Ltd.) also agreed to acquire 65% stake in Shihezi Hongguang Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. from Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. for CNY 6.1 million. As of December 31, 2017, Xinjiang Western Boerduo Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 52.5 million and net assets of CNY 4.3 million. The transaction is not subject to approval of shareholders of Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd in the 52nd session of the 2nd directorate meeting on April 25, 2018.

The Companyâs main businesses include production, acquisition and sales of fresh milk, processing and sales of dairy products, breeding and sales of breeding stocks, production and sales of livestock products, processing and sales of feed, processing and sales of meat food, distribution and warehousing of beef and mutton, manufacture of husbandry machine, consultation of husbandry technologies, as well as, sales of grass.
