Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. announced that the Group is expected to record an unaudited profit attributable to owners of the Company of no less than RMB 1.15 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2021, as compared to the profit attributable to owners of the Company of RMB 1.74 million recorded for the corresponding period in 2020.

Xinte Energy Co Ltd is a Hong Kong-based solar-grade polysilicon producer and PV project contractor. The Company primarily engaged in the upsteam and downstream segments of the PV industry. The Company mainly operates through five segments. The Polysilicon Production segment produces and sells solar grade polysilicon, the mian raw material for the manufacturing PV products. The Sales of Electricity segment operates a coal-fired power plant. The Engineering and Construction Contracting segment provides comprehensive energy solutions to PV and wind power projects, including engineering design, consultancy, construction, commissioning, as well as operations and maintenance. The Inverter Manufacturing segment manufactures and sells inverters. The PV Wafer and Module Manufacturing segment manufactures and sells PV wafers and PV modules.
