Reference is made to the announcement of Xinyi Automobile Glass Hong Kong Enterprises Limited (the "Company") dated 1 August 2017 in relation to the grant of Options (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board would like to clarify that the total exercise price for each Option is HK$1.564.

Save as stated above, all the information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
