Jiangxi Provincial State-owned Enterprise Asset Operation (Holdings) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 20% stake in Jiangxi State-Owned Huifu Industrial Integration Investment Management Co., Ltd. from Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd (SHSE:600782) for CNY 2 million on October 29, 2019. Post acquisition, Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd will no longer hold any stake in Jiangxi State-Owned Huifu Industrial Integration Investment Management Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by by the 9th meeting of the 8th directorate of Xinyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.
