Nanwang Nengchuang Equity Investment Fund (Guangzhou) Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 25% stake in Zhuhai Xuji Electric Co., Ltd. from XJ Electric Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000400) for approximately CNY 210 million on July 29, 2021. Nanwang Nengchuang Equity Investment Fund (Guangzhou) Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will make a one time payment of the price and will deposit the payment to the designated account of China Beijing Equity Exchange within 3 working days after the contract becomes effective. The transaction was approved by the 17th session of XJ Electric Co., Ltd.'s 8th Directorate.
XJ Electric Co., Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of equipments and systems of energy transmission, automation, protection and control. The products include electricity generators, transformers, energy distribution systems, control devices, etc. Besides, the group proposes subcontracting manufacturing of electronic products services.
