Trybe Software Development LTDA announced that it has received BRL 145 million in a round of funding co-led by returning investor Base¹ Partners and Untitled on October 6, 2021. The transaction included participation from XP Inc., Scale-Up Ventures, Verde Asset Management S.A., Luxor, returning investor Global Founders Capital Management GmbH as well as individual investors including Hans Tung, managing partner of GGV, among others. The round is raised at a post money valuation of BRL 1,300 million.
XP Inc. is a Cayman Islands-based holding company. The Company owns technological platforms for investments, financial services and education, in addition to media and content platforms, including brands, such as XP, Rico, Clear, Infomoney, XPeed and IM+. It distributes a range of financial products and services, such as financial education and digital content platform, financial advisory services and open financial product platform. Xpeed is a financial education platform in Brazil, which offers courses, MBAs and learning tools, as well as a range of digital content.
