db x-trackers II announced that it will propose to the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company to be held on April 3, 2018 to approve the distribution of a dividend of EUR 1.3115 per share on class 1D - EUR Hedged, CHF 1.0815 per share on class 1D – CHF Hedged and GBP 0.18725 per share on class 1D – GBP Hedged of Xtrackers II Global Inflation-Linked Bond UCITS ETF. If the AGM determines that a dividend distribution shall be allocated, (i) the ex-dividend date will be 9 April 2018, i.e. the first date on or after where shareholders who buy shares are not entitled to receive a dividend, (ii) the record date will be 10 April 2018, i.e. the date in order to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend and (iii) the dividend payment date will be 18 April 2018.
