According to the offering plan for the issuance of Global Zero Coupon
Convertible Bonds, the conversion price of the Bonds will be adjusted.
6.Countermeasures:
Because of cash dividends distribution, the conversion price of the Bonds
will be adjusted from NT$421.35 to NT$409.87, according to the offering
plan for the issuance of Global Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds.
The effective date of the adjustment is on July 10, 2022.
