From October 29, 2021 to November 30, 2021, the company has repurchased 1,008,902 shares, representing 1.56% for ¥3,246.65 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,008,902 shares, representing 1.56% for ¥3,246.65 million under the buyback announced on October 29, 2021.
YAMATO KOGYO CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of shape steel. The Company operates through four geographic segments. The Steel (Japan) segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of H-shape steel, channel steel, I-shape steel, steel sheet piles, elevator guide rails, shaped steel for shipbuilding and ship cans, among others.
