ACQUISITION OF AN ADDITIONAL INTEREST IN A COMPANY IN WUHAN, THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA ("PRC")

Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company" and together with its subsidiaries, "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Renyuan Investment Co., Ltd.1 ("Nanjing Renyuan") has acquired an additional interest of 54% ("Acquisition") in a company in Wuhan, PRC, known as Wuhan Yanlord Zhuyeshan Real Estate Co., Ltd. 2 ("Wuhan Yanlord") for an amount of RMB330,726,568, comprising a registered capital of RMB159,650,667 and a capital reserve of RMB171,075,901, which was fully paid. Following the Acquisition, the Company's interest in Wuhan Yanlord, held through Nanjing Renyuan, has increased from 1% to 55%.

The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

None of the directors nor controlling shareholder of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction save for their respective interests, through their shareholdings and/or directorships, as the case may be, in the Group.
