ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW ENTITIES IN SINGAPORE

Yanlord Land Group Limited ("Company", and together with its subsidiaries, "Group") wishes to announce that it has through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yanlord Land Pte. Ltd. ("YLPL"), established two (2) companies in Singapore. The details of the companies are set out below:

Name of new entity (1)	:	Universal Estate Pte. Ltd. ("UEPL")
Issued and paid up share capital	:	S$2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares
Percentage interest held by YLPL	:	50%
Principal activity	:	Investment holding
Name of new entity (2)	:	Asia Radiant Pte. Ltd.
Issued and paid up share capital	:	S$1.00 comprising 1 ordinary share
Percentage interest held by UEPL	:	100%
Principal activity	:	Real estate development

The above transactions are not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible asset or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

None of the directors nor controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions, save for their respective interests, through their shareholdings and/or directorships, as the case may be, in the Company.
