Yantai Shuangta Food Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002481) agreed to acquire the remaining 40% stake in Beijing Yiyuanbao Food Technology Co., Ltd. from Huayuan Agriculture (Dalian) Co., Ltd. for CNY 1 on March 10, 2017. Post completion, Yantai Shuangta Food Co.,Ltd. will hold 100% stake in Beijing Yiyuanbao Food Technology Co., Ltd. As on December 31, 2016, Beijing Yiyuanbao Food Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 2.11 million and net assets of CNY 2.01 million. The transaction was approved by the Board of Yantai Shuangta Food Co.,Ltd. in the 24th meeting of the 3rd directorate and does not need the shareholders' approval.
