Beijing Youweishi Technology Center (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 65.8% stake in Beijing Yongyou Audit Software Co., Ltd. from Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600588) for CNY 32.9 million on June 4, 2019. At present, Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. owns 73.8% stake and after the transaction, it will retain 8% stake. As of December 31, 2018, Beijing Yongyou Audit Software Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 57.21 million and net assets of CNY 45.49 million. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Beijing Yongyou Audit Software Co., Ltd. reported operating revenue of CNY 52.25 million, operating profit of CNY 0.98 million and net profit of CNY 0.97 million. The transaction was approved by the 36th meeting of the 7th directorate of Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. is specialized in the development and manufacturing of management software products. These products are used for enterprise resource planning, human resource management, office automation, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, etc. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- services (69.1%): maintenance, technical support, consulting, and training services;
- sale of licenses (29.6%);
- other (1.3%).
