Ningbo Energy Group Co., Ltd. signed share transfer agreement to acquire additional 50% stake in Ningbo Changfeng Thermoelectricity Co., Ltd. from Youngor Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600177) in April 2016. The transaction was approved by Development & Investment Group’s directorate and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Ningbo in May 2016. Ningbo Energy Group Co., Ltd. paid the whole transfer price.
Youngor Fashion Co Ltd, formerly Youngor Group Co Ltd, is a China-based company, principally engaged in the production of apparels, the provision of clothing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services, as well as property development. The Company's main products include shirts, western-style clothes, pants and tops. The Company distributes its products under brands named YOUNGOR, Mayor, Hart Schaffner Marx and GY, among others.
