Ningbo Yinzhou Land Reserve Center signed a land use rights acquisition contract to acquire a piece of land located in Ningbo from Youngor Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600177) for CNY 1.2 billion on March 11, 2015. On March 20, 2015, Youngor Group received the first partial land acquisition payment of CNY 500 million from Ningbo Yinzhou Land Reserve Center.
