Zhuhai Hengqin Dingjian Huaxin Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 3.5% stake in China UMS from Youngor Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600177) for approximately CNY 650 million on November 4, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, the total transfer price is CNY 651 million and for every CNY 1 of investment amount the transfer price is CNY 37.2. For the year ended December 31, 2015, China UMS reported revenue of CNY 5.79 billion, total assets of CNY 21.56 billion, net profit of CNY 0.60 billion and net asset of CNY 3.09 billion.
Youngor Fashion Co Ltd, formerly Youngor Group Co Ltd, is a China-based company, principally engaged in the production of apparels, the provision of clothing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services, as well as property development.
