Your Family Entertainment AG: Positive result despite the corona pandemic

Your Family Entertainment AG, Munich (WKN [German security code number]: A161N1, ISIN: DE000A161N14, ticker symbol: 
RTV) was able to achieve a clear improvement in the past financial year 2020 despite the corona pandemic: 
- Sales revenues above the previous year's level 
- Significant improvement in EBITDA and positive annual result 
- Equity ratio increased 
The Management Board's most recent forecast in the Half-yearly Financial Report 2020, namely that sales revenues would 
be slightly above the previous year's level with a simultaneous improvement in EBITDA, is thus confirmed by the Annual 
Financial Report published today. 
Your Family Entertainment AG will continue to focus increasingly on expanding its international and national TV channel 
activities. The company is aiming for further market penetration, both in the free-TV segment with "RiC TV" and the 
pay-TV segment with "Fix&Foxi TV". In addition, the company intends to benefit from the strong growth in the VOD sector 
by focusing on this business area even more than in the past. Your Family Entertainment AG has a good starting position 
thanks to the size of its library of children's and family programs. It can not only supply existing customers, but 
also equip new players with comprehensive content packages. 
At KEUR 3,035, sales were 4 % above the previous year's level. This increase and active cost management led to a 
considerable increase in EBITDA, which at KEUR 21 was significantly improved by KEUR 375 compared to the previous year. The 
annual result for the 2020 financial year increased by KEUR 2,419 to KEUR 47. 
Equity capital increased by KEUR 234, from KEUR 7.991 to KEUR 8.225, which corresponds to an equity ratio of approx. 48 % as 
of December 31, 2020 (previous year: 45 %).
