YTL Hospitality REIT announced earnings results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was MYR 79.041 million compared to MYR 120.718 million a year ago. Net income was MYR 16.558 million compared to MYR 39.663 million a year ago.

Malaysian properties are located in Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Perak, Terengganu and Penang. The Australian properties are located in Sydney in New South Wales, Brisbane in Queensland and Melbourne in Victoria. The Japanese properties are located in the Niseko area of the island of Hokkaido. Its properties include The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur - Suite Wing, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur-Suite Wing.
