Ytrade Group AB : (publ) terminates liquidity guarantee

Ytrade Group AB (publ) (the "Company") has terminated its liquidity guarantee agreement with Lago Kapital. The agreement expires on June 10, 2021. The purpose of the guarantee was to improve share liquidity and reduce volatility in connection with the admission to trading the Company's shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The company believes that the liquidity guarantee is no longer needed and has therefore chosen to end the agreement.
