Yunfeng Financial Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that, on 7 April 2021, Fitch (Hong Kong) Limited affirmed the Insurer Financial Strength rating of YF Life Insurance International Limited ("YF Life", a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) at "A-"(Strong) and the outlook is stable.
