On November 29, 2016, Chongqing YunTianHua Newmi-Tech Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. Yunnan Jiutian Investment Enterprises Ltd. invested for 4,000,000 shares for CNY 14,000,000, Yunnan Guoding Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. – Guoding No. 2 New Third Board Fund for 4,000,000 shares for CNY 14,000,000, and Dai Li for 1,000,000 shares for CNY 3,500,000.
