Yunnan Tianchi Logistics Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of CNY 102,887,500 from existing investor, Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600096) on January 27, 2021. Out of total funding, CNY 46,244,400 will go towards registered capital and CNY 56,643,100 will go towards capital reserve. The transaction has been approved at the investor's the 29th temporary meeting of the 8th board of directors and 27th temporary meeting of the 8th board of supervisors. Post capital increase, investor will hold 31.62% stake and indirectly holds 100% stake in the company and Yunnan Yuntianhua United Business Co., Ltd. will hold 68.38% stake.
