Yunnan Yuntianhua United Commerce Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 500,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 31, 2019. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600096). On closing, the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. On closing, registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 100,000,000 to CNY 600,000,000. The transaction was approved at the 9th meeting of the 8th directorate of the investor. The company reported total assets of CNY 10,956,437,100, net assets of CNY 608,880,400, operating income of CNY 29,140,363,000, and net profit of CNY 36,844,200 for the year ended 2018.
