REDEMPTION AT MATURITY OF 7.90% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2021

This announcement is made by Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 3 May 2018, 4 May 2018, 11 May 2018, 23 July 2018, 24 July 2018, 30 July 2018, 23 October 2019, 24 October 2019, 7 November 2019 and 13 November 2019 (collectively, the "Announcements") in relation to the Company's 7.90% senior notes due 2021 (the "Notes"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Notes were listed on the Stock Exchange and matured on 11 May 2021 (the "Maturity Date"). The Company has redeemed the Notes in full at their outstanding principal amount of US$352,476,000 together with interest accrued to the Maturity Date, with a total amount of US$366,398,802 paid by the Company at maturity. The Company considers that there will be no material impact on its financial position as a result of the redemption of the Notes at maturity.
