PayPay Card Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Tomoaki Tanida) will open to new membership applications for PayPay Card from December 1, 2021, a credit card which earns PayPay Bonus*1, that can be used for payments by PayPay, the cashless payment service.
From December 1, 2021, a special offer will also be available, granting a PayPay Bonus equivalent to a maximum of JPY7,000 for new membership and card use, alongside a campaign granting an additional 1.0% PayPay Bonus for payments made via the PayPay app where PayPay Card is the selected payment method*2.
*1PayPay Bonus is non-withdrawable/non-transferable. Usable in PayPay Card Official Stores.

■Main Features of PayPay Card
- PayPay Balance can be topped up using PayPay Card*3. The card can also be added as a payment method on the PayPay app*2, the cashless payment service.

*3Top up of PayPay Balance is not eligible for credit point rewards.
- A PayPay Bonus (PayPay Card membership benefit) of 1% of the amount spent will be granted. When used for payment at Yahoo! JAPAN Shopping or LOHACO, an additional1% PayPay Bonus (Yahoo! JAPAN Shopping/LOHACO user benefit) and T-POINTS of 1% are also granted, making the total reward 3%.
- PayPay Card will be added as a payment method for special campaigns and programs by Yahoo Japan Corporation and PayPay Corporation, such as the "Days with 5 Campaign" and "PayPay STEP."
- The PayPay Bonus earned from payment by PayPay Card can be used at PayPay merchants in approximately 3.44 million locations across Japan (as of September 2021).
- Application and screening take as little as 7 minutes. The card is delivered in approximately one week after the screening is completed. The credit card number, expiration date, and security code can be checked online from the member's menu, allowing users to make payments in PayPay*2 and on e-commerce websites before the card is delivered.
- Design selectable from vertical and horizontal designs. The card number and security code are not displayed on the card surface, enabling secure usage without concerns of numbers being seen.
- Equipped with contactless payment function allowing speedy payment by tapping the card over contactless-enabled terminals, requiring no signatures or PIN entry.
