(Update) Finalization of Details Concerning Z Holdings Corporation's Subscription

to Third Party Allotment of Shares by Demae-can

With regard to the subscription by Z Holdings Corporation (hereinafter "ZHD") for the shares of Demae-can Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Demae-can") through a third party allotment (hereinafter "Parallel Third Party Allotment") conducted by Demae-can in parallel with the issuance of new shares and disposal of treasury stocks to overseas investors as announced on September 13, 2021 in "Z Holdings Corporation to Subscribe for Shares of Demae-can Through Third Party Allotment," ZHD hereby announces that the amount to be paid in and the number of shares to be subscribed by ZHD have been determined as follows.

For details of this Parallel Third Party Allotment, please refer to the announcement made by Demae-can today, titled "Notice Regarding Determination of Issue Price, etc. for Issuance of New Shares through Third-Party Allotments".

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis as it does not fall under the timely disclosure standards of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Outline of the Parallel Third Party Allotment to be subscribed by ZHD

Note: Out of the abovementioned number of shares offered, ZHD intends to apply and pay for 19,158,900 shares.
