Update on Change in the Trade Name of a Consolidated Subsidiary
Pursuant to the announcement, "Integration of Financial Service Brands in the Z Holdings Group and Changes in the Trade Names of Consolidated Subsidiaries" dated July 31, 2020, The Japan Net Bank, Limited, a consolidated subsidiary of Z Holdings Corporation, has resolved in its Board of Directors meeting held today, that the date of change in its trade name to PayPay Bank Corporation shall take effect on April 5, 2021.
