Pursuant to the announcement, "Integration of Financial Service Brands in the Z Holdings Group and Changes in the Trade Names of Consolidated Subsidiaries" dated July 31, 2020, YJ Card Corporation, a consolidated subsidiary of Z Holdings Corporation, has resolved in its Board of Directors meeting held today, that the date of change in its trade name to PayPay Card Corporation shall take effect on October1, 2021.
