(OTC Markets: ZTHO - News), a biotechnology company providing value-added ingredients to a variety of industries, today announced that it will be presenting a new meat application at this year's annual Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) show in Chicago, July 13-16.   The Company will demonstrate how Z Trim ingredients can replace more expensive/chemically-modified ingredients in meat products thereby helping manufacturers lower costs and offer cleaner labels to consumers.  Attending the annual IFT show will be more than 20,000 of the world's top food science and technology professionals. Z Trim will be showing their products at Booth Number #1203.
