Subject: Appointment of a managing person at ZT "Kruszwica" S.A.

Report content: Management Board of Zakłady Tłuszczowe "Kruszwica" S.A. (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting pursuant to Art. 368 par. 4 k.s.h. and par. 9 sec. 1 and 3 of the Articles of Association, appointed Ms Magdalena Kudyba- Podgórska as a member of the Company's Management Board. Information on the education, qualifications and work history of Magdalena Kudyba-Podgórska is presented below.

Magdalena Kudyba-Podgórska has been working for ZT Kruszwica SA since 2003. She has held several positions in the commercial area, starting her career as a brand manager. In 2009 she moved from marketing to category management and customer marketing, taking position of Customer and Category Development Director. Between 2016 - 2018 she performed the role of B2C Commercial Director for Poland. In 2019, as the Central Europe Sales Director she was managing Bunge B2C sales in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. In July 2020 she was promoted to the position of the Packaged Oil Europe Softseed Value Chain Director.

Before joining ZT Kruszwica SA, Magdalena acquired her marketing experience at the Nestle confectionary division.

She graduated from the Marketing and General Business Management faculty at the University of Economics in Katowice.

Activities carried out by Ms Magdalena Kudyba-Podgórska outside of ZT "Kruszwica" S.A. is not a competitive activity to ZT "Kruszwica" S.A. Ms Magdalena Kudyba-Podgórska does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of the body of a capital company, or in another competitive legal person as a member of its body, and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Legal basis: § 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non- member state.
