Subject: Appointment of new members of the Supervisory Board of ZT "Kruszwica" S.A.

The Management Board of Zakłady Tłuszczowe "Kruszwica" Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: the Company) informs that during the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on August 26, 2020, the authorized shareholder Koninklijke Bunge BV, holding 64.22% in the Company's share capital, appointed the following persons to the Company's Supervisory Board : Mr. Simone Feyles, Ms. Agnieszka Modras and Mr. Paul Peplinski, with their consent to this. Information on the education, qualifications and professional career of the members of the Supervisory Board appointed on August 26, 2020 is presented below.

Simone Feyles

Simone Feyles holds an Engineering master degree from Politecnico di Torino, EPFL Lausanne (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and INPG Grenoble (Institut polytechnique de Grenoble). Simone assumed his current role as Europe Softseed Finance Partner in November 2019 and is responsible for financial modelling of the business decisions and projections, to manage projects to improve the business and the company's efficiency working closely with specialist functions.

Simone started his career in McKinsey&Company, management consultancy, in Geneva, where he worked for three years serving multiple companies and industries, including consumer goods and agribusiness.

In 2013 Simone joined Bunge Brazil working to improve the productivity of the sugar agricultural operations and then to strengthen the performance management process of the whole business unit. In the following two years, Simone focused on agricultural planning for the eight Bunge sugar mills. In 2016, he moved to Bunge EMEA in Barcelona to manage the integration of the two crushing plants (Netherlands and France) that Bunge acquired from Cargill in Feb 2017. Later that year, he assumed the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis Director role which was then expanded to Europe&Asia in early 2018. In this role, he managed the financial planning processes and main analyses for the region.

Agnieszka Modras

Mrs. Agnieszka Modras holds higher degree. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2003). She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in financial management at the Warsaw School of Economics (2017), and since 2017, a doctoral student at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw.

Ms Agnieszka Modras is a legal advisor. In 2002-2004 she cooperated with the Warsaw office of Weil Gotshal & Manges. Then, in the period from 2004 to 2015, she was professionally associated with the law firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. In 2015-2020 she worked as the director of the legal service department of Bank Pocztowy S.A., and from 2020 until now she is the director of the legal department at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

In addition, in the past, she was an independent member of the supervisory board and chairman of the audit committee at FCA-Group Bank Polska S.A. (2017-2019), as well as the vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Immusec sp. Zoo. (2016-2019).

Ms Agnieszka Modras fulfils independence criteria in the Supervisory Board of ZT "Kruszwica" S.A.

Paul Peplinski

Paul Peplinski graduated in accounting from the University of Westminster in London in 1986, where he was certified as a statutory auditor in 1990. After 6 years of work in London, he moved to Poland, where from 1995 he started working for PWC. In 1999, Mr. Paul Pepliński became a PWC Partner. As part of his duties, he was responsible for auditing the financial statements of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. In 2008, he became the head of the PWC audit department in Poland, and at the same time he became a board member of PWC. In 2012, Mr. Paul Pepliński became the Operating Director of PWC in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2015, Mr. Paul Pepliński was delegated to PWC in South-Eastern Europe as the Director of the Audit Department.

The activities carried out by the above-mentioned members of the Supervisory Board outside the Company are not competitive in relation to the activities performed in the Company. The above- mentioned members of the Supervisory Board also do not participate in any competitive company as partners of a civil partnership, partnership or capital company and do not participate in a competitive legal person as members of its governing body. The above-mentioned members of the Supervisory Board are not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Legal basis: Par. 5 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
