Zhangjiajie Industrial Investment (Holding) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Zhangjiajie Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd from Zhang Jia Jie Tourism Group Co., Ltd (SZSE:000430) for CNY 6.1 million on September 29, 2017. In related transactions, Zhangjiajie Industrial Investment (Holding) Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Zhangjiajie Tourist Center Co., Ltd., Zhangjiajie Rural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and 47.5% stake in Zhangjiajie Tourism Zhongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhang Jia Jie Tourism Group Co., Ltd. Zhangjiajie Tea Industry Development Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 4.61 million and net assets of CNY 3.73 million as at December 31, 2016. Zhangjiajie Tourist Center Co., Ltd. reported revenues of CNY 0.04 million, operating loss of CNY 2.27 million and net loss of CNY 2.27 million in 2016. The transaction is subject to approval of shareholders' of Zhang Jia Jie Tourism Group Co., Ltd. The Board of Zhang Jia Jie Tourism Group Co., Ltd approved the transaction on September 29, 2017.
