Japan Goldensea Environment Co., Ltd announced that it will receive $1,500,000 in a round of funding from returning investor Zhejiang Goldensea Environment Technology Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603311) on February 11, 2020. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. Post the closing of the transaction, the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor at the 3rd directorate’s 16th meeting.
