On December 14, 2018, Zhejiang Jinke Culture Industry Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300459) cancelled the transaction. Due to changes in the capital market environment and large fluctuations, comprehensive consideration of the interests of the company and the shareholders and the company's arrangements for repurchasing shares through centralized bidding, the company failed to implement the issuance of shares to raise funds during the validity period of the approval document. In accordance with the above-mentioned approval documents of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the approval expires automatically.
