China Jinjiang Environment Holding Company Limited reported un-audited group earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, the group reported revenue of RMB 580.4 million compared to RMB 658.4 million, profit before tax of RMB 133.9 million compared to RMB 203.1 million, profit and total comprehensive income attributable to owners of the company of RMB 100.8 million or 8.28 cents per diluted share compared to RMB 140.0 million or 12.29 cents per diluted share for the last year. Net cash from operating activities was RMB 78.8 million compared to net cash used in operating activities of RMB 104.2 million and payment for property, plant and equipment was RMB 474.0 million compared to RMB 132.0 million for the last year. Revenue decreased 11.8% from third quarter of 2016, primarily due to a decrease in revenue from: WTE (waste-to-energy) business (excluding revenue from construction services provided under BOT concession agreements). The increase in operating cash flow from last year is mainly due to more prompt collection of amounts due from related parties and receipt of government grants for Songyuan Xinxiang WTE Facility and Yinchuan Zhongke WTE Facility.

For the nine months, the group reported revenue of RMB 1,856.4 million compared to RMB 1,853.9 million, profit before tax of RMB 554.6 million compared to RMB 599.2 million, profit and total comprehensive income attributable to owners of the company of RMB 396.6 million or 32.58 cents per diluted share compared to RMB 412.3 million or 39.39 cents per diluted share for the last year. Net cash from operating activities was RMB 213.4 million compared to RMB 266.4 million and payment for property, plant and equipment was RMB 919.6 million compared to RMB 329.2 million for the last year. Net asset value per share as at September 30, 2017 was 371.10 cents compared to 363.46 per share as at December 31, 2016. Revenue increased 0.1% from nine months of, primarily due to an increase in revenue from: WTE business (excluding revenue from construction services provided under BOT concession agreements).

For the quarter, the group generated electricity of 612,012,000 KWh compared to 602,439,000 KWh in last year.

For the nine months, the group generated electricity of 1,879,861,000 KWh compared to 1,688,009,000 KWh in last year.
