RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER AND COMPANY SECRETARY

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Zhong An Real Estate Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Chan Hon Hung ("Mr. Chan") has resigned as the financial controller and the company secretary of the Company with effect from 8 January 2018 to pursue personal career development. Mr. Chan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Company is in the process of identifying suitable candidate(s) to fill the vacancies left by Mr. Chan.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in relation to such appointment(s) as and where appropriate.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chan for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
