Notification of publication of the Company's Circular, Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting, Proxy Form and Reply Slip (the "Current Corporate Communications")

We hereby notify you that the Current Corporate Communications of ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance Co., Ltd. (the "Company") are now available on the Company's website at www.zhongan.com and the HKEXnews website at www.hkexnews.hk. If you have chosen to receive the corporate communications(Note 1) in printed form(s), the arranged printed form(s) of the Current Corporate Communications is enclosed.

You may at any time choose to receive free of charge corporate communication(Note 1) either in printed form or read the Company's corporate communication from the Company's website or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited's website, and either in English language version only, Chinese language version only or both language version, notwithstanding any wish to the contrary you have previously conveyed to the Company.

If you wish to receive a printed copy of the Current Corporate Communications in English version only, or in Chinese version only or in both English and Chinese versions, or if you would like to change your choice of language(s) and/or means of receipt of the Company's future Corporate Communications, you can complete the Change Request Form on the reverse side and return it to the Company's H Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post using the mailing label provided. You may also send an email with a scanned copy of the Change Request Form to [e-mail]. The Change Request Form can be downloaded from the Company's website and the HKEXnews website.

If you have chosen (or are deemed to have chosen) to receive the electronic version for future corporate communications but for any reason have difficulty in gaining access to the Company's website, the Company will promptly upon your request in writing to the Company (c/o Tricor Investor Services Limited by post (address: Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong)) send a printed version to you free of charge.
