On March 21, 2022, Mr. Richard S. Ressler notified Ziff Davis, Inc. (the
"Company") of his intent not to stand for reelection to the Board of Directors
of the Company upon the expiration of his current term, which expires at the
Company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Mr.
Ressler's decision not to stand for reelection was not a result of any
disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's
operations, policies or practices.
Ziff Davis, Inc. is a vertically focused digital media and Internet company. Its portfolio includes brands in technology, shopping, gaming and entertainment, connectivity, health, cybersecurity, and Martech. Its segments include Digital Media and Cybersecurity and Martech.
