Board Chair Appointment. On May 10, 2022, the Company issued a press release (the "Fay Appointment Press Release") announcing that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company has appointed Sarah Fay as Chair of the Board. Earnings Conference Call. On May 11, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will host its first quarter 2022 earnings conference call and Webcast. Via the Webcast, the Company will present portions of its May 2022 Investor Presentation, which contains a summary of the Company's financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022, and certain other financial and operating information regarding the Company.
