ZINCOX RESOURCES PLC ('ZincOx' or the 'Company')
Following the announcement on 30 November 2015, the Company is pleased to confirm that the Circular, accompanied by the Proxy Form, is being posted today, 2 December 2015. The Circular contains a Notice of General Meeting seeking approval from Shareholders in connection with the proposed Fundraising and the possible disposal of 90% of KRP. The Circular further outlines the Company's options in the event the Fundraising does not proceed.
The General Meeting is to be held at 10:00am. on Friday, 18 December 2015 at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.
All defined terms in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the announcement of 30 November 2015.
