Shanghai Zeheng Fund Management Co., Ltd signed an agreement to acquire 4.5% stake in ZJBC Information Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:000889) from Shenzhen Tongtaida Investment Center (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 100 million on August 25, 2021. Under the terms, Shanghai Zeheng Fund Management will acquire 41.85 million shares at CNY 2.39 per share. The transaction is expected to close by October 31, 2021.

ZJBC Information Technology Co., Ltd., formerly Maoye Communication and Network Co.,Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in information intelligent transmission business and communication network maintenance l business. Intelligent Information Transmission segment is involved in sending authentication, reminder notification, information confirmation and other trigger text messages by text, pictures, voice and other carriers. Communication Network Maintenance segment is engaged in the operation management and maintenance of base stations, circuits, broadband access, fixed-telephone access and wireless local area network (WLAN).
