Zorlu Enerji Calibration Center globally proves its competence of being a test laboratory

Operating meter and transmitter activities in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, The Calibration Center of Zorlu Enerji -Turkey's leading renewable energy company- takes its reliability in testing activities one step further. Zorlu Enerji Calibration Center proves the competence of its test laboratories by TÜRKAK. Thus, the validity of the test results of the Center is approved on national and international scales. The Center was registered as the first and only natural gas meters test laboratory located in the east of Turkey.

The competency of the Calibration Center test laboratories of Zorlu Enerji established in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone is approved by TÜRKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency) and authorized by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Technology as a Gas Meters Repair and Adjustment Station. The Calibration Center has qualified as the first and only Center in the east of Turkey by meeting TÜRKAK's TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard.

The validity of the Zorlu Enerji Calibration Center test results is approved on national and international scales. Now, the Center has proved that it has a higher classification level among test laboratories.

Scientific and universal test methods used in the Calibration Center

The Calibration Center, which has been approved to use scientific and universal test methods on national and international platforms with the qualification certificate given by TÜRKAK, has also proven its reliability in terms of traceability of measurements. Furthermore, the Center also proved to be a laboratory by international standards.

The Calibration Center has also proven that it has adopted a full quality policy by passing audits on principles such as confidentiality, objectivity, and independence, which are listed in the articles of the TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 Standard. Furthermore, it is proved that the Center gives accurate and precise results in the interlaboratory comparison tests conducted by TÜBİTAK UME (National Metrology Institute) during the accreditation process.

In addition to metering and calibration, the Calibration Center also performs pressure and temperature transmitter calibrations in RMS-A/B/C type stations with renewed field-type susceptible devices. In addition, it offers accurate measurement results to its customers. As of January 1, 2022, the Calibration Center will continue to operate as Zorlu Enerji Dağıtım A.Ş.
